1. General Agreement By downloading and using the Gamepad Massager application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer The App is designed for entertainment and relaxation purposes only using hardware vibration features.

• Not a Medical Device: This App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or physical ailment.

• Consult a Professional: Users with pre-existing health conditions (e.g., heart conditions, pregnancy, chronic pain, or using a pacemaker) should consult a physician before use.

• Usage Warning: Stop using the App immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or skin irritation. Do not use the vibration feature on sensitive body parts or open wounds.

3. Hardware and Battery Responsibility

• Device Strain: Continuous use of vibration motors (in gamepads or mobile devices) may lead to battery drain or overheating. Helix (the "Developer") is not responsible for any hardware degradation or damage resulting from prolonged use.

• Third-Party Controllers: The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with all gamepad models. Performance may vary based on the specific hardware used.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Subscriptions

• Payments: All transactions are processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Refunds: Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple Support. The Developer does not have the authority to issue refunds for App Store transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
